Buxton Point has today started the handing over process of the Sh6 billion modern and affordable housing project to homeowners.

The delivery of the units will be done on a sectional basis with the first one targeted for the handing over being District C. Phase 1 has District A, B and C with a total of 584 units.

The event happens ahead of the official groundbreaking ceremony for Phase 2 of the project which will be led by President of the Republic of Kenya H.E William Ruto after one week. Phase 2 which is currently on sale will include 1300 units. Units available in Phase 2 include 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms whose selling price starts from Sh2.9 million.

The handing over process of Phase 1 will start with the tree planting event happening today Saturday April 15th, 2022 where all homeowners are expected to plant a tree before they get a key for their new home. Snagging and documentation will follow up next.

The trees will create a conducive environment to live in, improve the air quality, create a common space for the residents to gather and relax hence promoting social interactions and provide a lifelong shade to residents of Buxton Point.

We are thrilled to deliver the 49 blocks in Phase 1 within two years despite the legal battles that we encountered during the construction period.

Our team has done a commendable job by putting in effort and dedication into this project to ensure that we meet the highest standards of quality and excellence as we focus on building a lifestyle and not just apartments.
