Buxton Point is thrilled to announce the nearing completion of its Phase 1 of the Sh6 billion modern and affordable housing project.
The project is currently 90 percent complete with major works including plumbing, electrical, plastering and painting having been done. Phase 1 consists of 584 units while Phase 2 which is currently on sale will include 1300 units.
As the completion date draws closer, we are excited to announce that Buxton Point will on Saturday, April 15th hold a tree planting event where all homeowners are expected to plant a tree.
The trees will create a conducive environment to live in, improve the air quality, create a common space for the residents to gather and relax hence promoting social interactions and provide a lifelong shade to residents of Buxton Point.
We are currently also in the process of naming our four courtyards and four streets that will be in the Buxton Point Estate.
Our team has put a tremendous amount of effort and dedication into this project to ensure that we meet the highest standards of quality and excellence as we focus on building a lifestyle and not just apartments.
